Complaints and warranty

You will receive a response within 14 days. Typically it will be the same day or the day after. You may return the product to Dominidesign should you find it damaged or the goods do not meet your approval.
If the goods do not meet your approval, we can either offer a refund or an exchange. You will need to notify Dominidesign by phone or e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
The cost of any returns carriage shall be borne by you unless it is our mistake.
All returns will be assessed for damage and customer abuse, should we feel that either have been carried out we may either, offer a partial refund, or no refund. We will not accept returns if the item is used, unless found to be faulty. In the event of a fault you must first contact Dominidesign by phone or e-mail, we may wish to send an agent to access the fault, for possible repair, before agreeing any return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Ordering is easy. This is done as follows :
Prices are shown including VAT and excluding VAT.
First you add the product from the product page to your shopping cart. From the shopping cart you follow the ordering process. Some items first need a size or color selected before you can add to it to the cart.
Are you done shopping? Then click on the button " Checkout" and follow the checkout. You can also view the order in detail by clicking at the top on “My cart”
When you already created an account, you can now log in directly. You can also choose to order without registering. The e-mail you will receive confirmation of your order and invoice. If you want to partially prepay choose here for Invoice. You can then pay 50% of the total invoice amount up front and 50% after receipt of your order.
Create an account :
An account gives you many additional features on our stores. So you can follow the progress of your orders, view wish list, view previous orders and more. You can create an account by going to "My Account" and choose "Create New Account". Also you may create an account during the order process.
Of course it is possible to cancel the order or change. In this case as soon as possible contact our customer service. We can then stop or change the ordering process.
We send a standard e-mail after you have placed an order and an e-mail with your invoice.
We then will send you a confirmation of the expected delivery date.
